Our last Christmas was with James’ Dad and Step-mom, Lisa. They came up to our house on Friday, January 2nd and stayed till the 4th.
As soon as the boys saw Grandpa, the first thing they wanted to do was wrestle!!!! We spent Friday evening ordering in Mexican food and opening gifts!
Saturday we hung out at home. The boys played with their new toys:

Then Saturday night Grandma & Grandpa offered to keep the kiddos while James and I went out! We got to go out and celebrate Darrell’s birthday!! We (James and I, Darrell and Taylor, and Catharine and Nick) first went to Mellow Mushroom for dinner, then went to East Side for some drinks and to play Cards Against Humanity. It was so much fun and so weird to hang out with out the kiddos!! Felt like a kid again!! And we acted like it maybe…. 😉

Sunday we went to church and then to China King Buffet with my dad & Peggy as well. Then David & Lisa headed home. It was so nice having them come up for Christmas! The kids always enjoy having them here. 🙂
